Sounds terrible. Like a failure of govt to allocate #energy.Reminds us of the 2009 #PinkBats "Scandal" in #Australia. Our PM #KevinRudd and #PeterGarrett funded as many #builders as possible to install #insulation. It was an incredibly successful #InsulationScheme but #corporateMedia only blame Rudd for the few bad builders that abused the funding, resulting in two worker deaths and some fires.
