Number of steps per day since I arrived in Brazil.
Tuesday was travel day, so most of those steps came from walking through the airports.
Friday was particularly active: I met two friends, visited both buildings of the Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand (MASP), and then spent about 40 minutes walking around in search of an ATM that would actually let me withdraw cash. Two banks, no success.
On Saturday, I met two other friends at the Pinacoteca de São Paulo and also squeezed in a quick visit to the museum.
In the weeks before this trip, I had been walking less than usual because my dog Draguta was still recovering, so our walks were shorter.
And no, let’s not talk about how many kilometers I’ve already driven. 😅 I usually park the car near a subway station and use public transport for most of my trips into São Paulo from Cotia. Even so, the traffic to get into and out of the city is a nightmare.

Visited a lovely little exhibit at the #pinacoteca in #Bologna: "Giulio II e Raffaello" on local #Renaissance art and what changed after the Pope reconquered the town in 1506 (the exhibit is built around the famous portrait of the pontiff, on loan from the National Gallery in London). And no, it is not true that Bolognese painter Francesco #Francia literally died of jealousy upon setting eyes on Raphael's brilliant Estasi di Santa Cecilia (as Vasari claims), but it's a good story…

di Bernardino Luini (1480-1532)pittore italiano appartenente alla scuola rinascimentale lombarda, riferibile al gruppo dei Leonardeschi.
Alcune opere dei suoi primissimi anni (1513-1515) sono visibili alla Certosa di Pavia.
