The building next to today’s McDonald’s once housed the Communist Party — complete with a massive red star on the roof. After ’89 they didn’t remove it, just flopped it down so no one could see it.
I spotted it on the roof in 2015.

Since 2019 you can visit this retired metal celebrity at DEPO2015.

In 2013 I started helping to organise #CriticalMass like event in #pilsen. It was fully legal & organised.

The city council felt that our group needs to be organised and governed. They rented for us police to block the streets, to negotiate exclusions for public transport, to make a press statements.

Back then I viewed it as act of cooperation. It turned out to be coercion & control. The city wanted be the one to decide when/how/if we go.

Don't do the same mistake.
