Eu fui enganado. Disseram que #pilates faz bem para saúde.
No dia posterior a primeira "sessão" quase não consegui nadar, com fadiga na musculatura da pernas.
Uma semana depois, na segunda sessão, tive febre no dia posterior com todos os músculos que foram acionados, na sessão, doloridos.
Nem nos treinos mais puxados de musculação eu tive efeitos semelhantes.
Eu subestimei minha entrada na terceira idade!
Vou precisar encaixar o pilates dois dias antes da natação! Ou descartá-lo até que meu objetivo na natação seja alcançado.

Having one team "against" another does not make sense to me. Or wanting to be faster than somebody else. I mean, WHY?
After the horrors of PE, it took me years until I could enjoy the #movement of my #body to express myself in #dance, e.g. #tango. And decades until I could do #sports such as #pilates.
