@chrispy fair. I butt heads with their preferences plenty of time but I don’t love endless menus at the restaurant either. I am fine adapting and picking among a list of 3-4 options. I do appreciate people working on Linux compatibility, as I guess the best use for this top of the line from 5 years ago laptop is now a home server. then again I am ok with my #pi4 home server setup. @christopherkunz

@geerlingguy I am using a #pi4 with #Mistral 3B as my document classifier. I would prefer #Apertus but while 8B outperforms Mistral 3B, its too heavy for the Pi4 and the 1.5B/4B variations quality is not sufficient https://codeberg.org/lsmith/nextcloud-classification/src/branch/experiment/eval-force-json/docs/apertus-mini-evaluation.md
