Haha oh hecc I definitely set a steps all time PR today. Logged 31k steps (~11.65 mi/18.75km) for work. That beats my previous record of 26k steps by like...a lot.

I worked on farms and factories,
Abused my back and arms and knees,
And saw old bodies broke with pain.
This made me want to use my brain
And not my brawn to make a living.

On the whole, we should be #welcoming #immigrants to our very large nation. Whenever possible, #smallCommunities that have been #losingResidents should welcome these #newcomers, many of whom bring #skills, #energy, and often a willingness to do #physicallabor. Plus #children for the #schools.
