As I apply Mastodon filters to more and more celebrities, I gain a better understanding of the pleasure Stalin must have felt in having Trotsky and other sometime comrades retouched out of the photographic record.

For some reason iOS Photos doesn’t yet have the retouch tool that the Mac has. Anyone know of a simple editor app that has it? Hoping for something that works as an editing extension to the Photos app. Will pay, but not a subscription. #PhotoEditing #PhotoRetouching #PhotoApps #iOS #PhotoTools
