Living out on the street isn't so easy, especially for a dumpster diver like Dogwater. People always have the tendency to walk by and witness this bonehead scavenge through dumpster like for Thursday's uneaten taco meal. Every now and then someone will come up and try to ask for directions, blind to navigational apps. Dogwater will always point randomly now and then, not wanting to deal with them.

And when officials do try to show up and give him the bad eye, Dogwater mostly swats them out before he picks out his favorite rotting food meal of the day.
