After years of more or less working services we have working internet after a renewal, but fixing a contract appears to be very difficult for them. #kafka (not the streaming one, the author) would be impressed. Many departments pointing fingers to each other. Doing things online too diffiicult for a telco, so #phonecalls . (other providers not much better it seems, at least we are online, and the engineers they send are competent when needed)
