#phonak #infinio #sphere #90R RIC bluetooth hearing aids. For months mum had to shout during phone calls: the audiologist did not know what the problem was. Turns out if you want to change the setting as to how much you hear of your own voice when in a phone call, the menu in android is only present when actually in a call & then of course the phone app is what you see not the hearing aid app. The problem was solved in 2 mins by chatgpt's advice. No-one can tell me that AI tools are only bad.

I'm now able to connect two Bluetooth devices at the same time! This is a FUCKING GAME CHANGER! I don't have to reconnect them all the time anymore!

I have new hearing aids! :blobcathappypaws: (Phonak Audéo again)

They are rechargeable now and some frequencies are configured 5-10 dB louder. This means I have to adapt for a few days. In the meantime, I constantly hear my hairs, clothes and some background noise. (And I'll probably have headaches).

I also have a new hearing program for conversations in loud environments. I'll try that next Friday at @cccac.

I managed to get out this afternoon with a camera. Only walked about two miles I'm afraid. I was much, much better last week, though I may have over done things a little - which has set me back somewhat.
The #Phonak hearing aids I have are nothing short of life changingly good! Even so, wearing them when my ears are not well is a challenge.

I am though kinda[kind of] pleased with this photograph. 🙂

Kurios, dass unter Android (14; Samsung) praktisch keine Einstellungen zum Mikrofon sind. Und dass man bei der (oder irgendeiner, soweit ich das sehe) Telefon-App nicht zwischen verfügbaren Mikros wählen kann.

Das Mikro von den Hörgeräten ist gemessen an der Lage ok, aber Quali von Handy ist doch besser und wäre meist auch problemlos zu nutzen. Über Lautsprecher, um Handy-Mikro zu haben, ist aber wiederum schlecht.

Die aufsteigenden fünf Töne beim Einschalten sind klar, aber alles andere? Ich hab mich schon halb verrückt gesucht.

Die aufsteigenden fünf Töne beim Einschalten sind klar, aber alles andere? Ich hab mich schon halb verrückt gesucht.

Gestern nochmal von Phonak-Testhörgerät auf das schon mehrfach getestete Unitron-Gerät gewechselt. Beides nun mit Otoplastik, beide sehr gut (aber).

Das Unitron gestern auch nochmal nachjustiert und damit das Sprachverstehen tatsächlich noch optimiert.

Trotzdem: Bei dem Unitron ist oft ein starkes Zischen bei s/ß/z/sch, was auch nicht ganz wegoptimierbar scheint. Phonak war da "wärmer". Aber ist das ein paar Hunderter mehr wert? (Irgendwie ja, aber... :))

Jetzt nochmal #Phonak Audéo zum Testen. Gleich etwas niedrigere "Ausbaustufe", also freigeschaltete Features. Gehört zur selben Dachfirma wie #Unitron.

Mal sehen. Ist im Detail auch viel Phantasie; oder erinnerst du (*Blick in den Social Media-Kanal* ;)) wie Stimme x sich gestern im Vergleich angehört hat?

Ansonsten: man führe mir die schwachen Stimmchen auf den Laufsteg. Und ich ruf mich mal wieder selbst auf dem AB (für did Jüngeren: Anrufbeantworter) an.

1/2 Gibt es hier Leute, die Hörgeräte(-Zubehör) Hacken oder Elektronik-Nerds, die an einem Bluetooth Adapter für Hörgeräte knobeln wollen? Ich habe 3 nicht mehr richtig funktionierende Phonak ComPilot Air II, die nicht mehr richtig funktionieren und ich hätte schon gerne mindestens ein funktionierendes Ersatzgerät. Zudem fände ich Reverse Engeneering an den Teilen interessant. So langsam werden die Angebote dieser Dinger auf eBay rar #elektronik #akustiker #hacken #repair #löten #phonak

Har etter ti minutter i telefonkø fått time på Hørselspoliklinikken-Sykehuset i Vestfold (for å levere inn høreapparatet til reparasjon).
NESTE mandag.

Enda godt jeg hører også uten høreapparatet, bare ikke høye lyder.

Mistet den ene høreapparatet i gulvet (da jeg skulle ta det på) i går. Tregulvet ved siden av gulvteppet...

Så nå får jeg to sykehusbesøk (og minst to kaffe på Narvesen.....). Apparatet skurrer og det får nok en tredje tur til England.

Es gibt 3 Modi

- Tischmodus (z.B bei Besprechungen)
- Pointing Modus (wenn man das Mikrofon auf jemanden richtet)
-Sprecher*innen Modus (wenn das Gerät um den Hals getragen wird.
