  4. CW: #DPFPHENO24 was definitely a thing.

    DPF-PHENO 2024 took place from 13-17 May 2024 at both University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.

    The featured public lecture was by Prof. Hitoshi Murayama of Cal-Berkeley, entitled "How Did We Come To Be? Yes, That's A Physics Question!"

    Turnout was around 600 (don't know the exact number), and WHOOOOO that was definitely a slog to get through (NB: I'm on the organizing committee).

    Aside from some projector issues, it went quite well, and I'm proud of our local organizing committee from both universities for putting on an excellent conference.
