Seriously, screw Darren England and the horse he rode in on. He is so obviously not fit for purpose. A Brentford player wrestles Grav with both arms, then falls over and is awarded a free kick. I can't even formulate a plausible excuse for it.

What the PGMOL have done to Nottingham Forest is a shocking look for the Premier League: Nottingham Forest were completely robbed of a point at Old Trafford on Sunday, and Manchester United claimed a 3-2 win. Referee Michael Salisbury allowed Matheus...

The officials are, if not outright biased, at least leaning towards being easy on Liverpool - several of their players should already be on yellow (Konate in particular for pushing Šeško into the hoardings) and there’s just weird stuff like a United player being hauled down in front of the assistant and them giving offside for a different player who was only offside because the ball bounced free of the foul committed by the Liverpool player!
PGMOL is not fit for purpose.

Thanks for the confirmation, but his foul on Porro should have been his second yellow, long before this incident.
Early in the match he took a run at Romero, with zero chance at winning the ball & wiped him out late & recklessly, which the referee should have carded - but didn't.
He should have been off the pitch long before he injured a Romero AND Kinsky.
Your review process still got it wrong, #PGMOL - and your mistakes have been incredibly costly.

@peteyjlawson yeah, even #PGMOL couldn’t screw us on that one!

Please can we just have one weekend without a supposedly professional referee making such a blatant error that even the most incompetent of Sunday League part-time dads suffering from a fourteen tequila hangover wouldn't have made?
Today we get: Spurs player kicks Sunderland player's foot and falls over, ref gives a penalty, VAR says "WTF are you smoking, you idiot?" and send him to the little screen where, eventually, he makes the correct decision and cancels the penalty. But that's 2-3 minutes wasted on something that should never even have been considered a penalty in the first place. Absolute dross.
Also who had 28th minute in the "Romero Yellow Card Pool"? You've won the giant gummy bear.

Just more wildly corrupt officiating from PGMOL to try and help Arsenal to a title. No way that’s given as a penalty for any other team. Absolute mockery.

Wedlug oficjalnego konta #FabrizioRomano, #ManchesterUnited planuje wniesc skarge na to, co sie stalo podczas wczorajszego meczu z #Bournemouth do #PGMOL (brytyjska komisja sedziow pilkarskich). Zdaniem klubu (i kazdego kibica ze sprawnym wzrokiem) dwie identyczne sytuacje, ktore zdarzyly sie w ciagu kilku minut zostaly potraktowane inaczej - w jednej Bournemouth dostalo rzut karny, w drugiej Manchester United takiego karnego nie dostalo.
Dodatkowo w sytuacji Manchesteru nawet #VAR sie nia nie zainteresowal. -
I stand corrected - he’s decided to send Maguire off for an Evanilson dive after much less contact than on Cunha and not even a fraction of the wrestling and pushing that took Amad down.
You cannot watch this game and come to the conclusion that these are fair decisions made with a coherent understanding of the rules. It’s just corruption, plain and simple.

Honestly one of the most shamefully thumb-on-the-scale decisions I’ve seen since, well, ok, the last Liverpool or Arsenal match but you get the idea.
Absolutely disgraceful cheating from the match officials.

If the simple pull on Cunha is a penalty, the push, trip, and wrestle to the ground on Amad must also be a penalty because it was far more egregious.
But not according to VAR. WTF PGMOL? And they've scored from that foul.
