Today was a GREAT day! I didn’t #worked, did some time to do #gardening, played my #guitar for a couple hours, went with the kids to have #pizza, bought some #clothes, then went to #GuitarCenter to play guitars I can afford but won’t get because I’m a “responsible” #adult, then took the kids to #petsmart to see animals
Wrapping up with drinking a glass of my favorite #wine while doing dishes and waiting for my wife to get the kids to sleep so we can eat chips while watching #tv

After spending thousands of dollars at #Petsmart over the years, time to switch to PetValu
They didn't have the size I was used to for my cat's food (just smaller bag) but that will do for now. Emailed them to ask they start carry bigger sizes
Same litter and same treats are available

Positive results. The #Petsmart store reviewed my complaints and gave me the 20% off. I think the problem was that I used my vet's prescription for the prescription food instead of their doctor, though I also have that.

I've wated well over 30 minutes with the crappy #Petsmart phone app and web site. It would not give me the 20% discount that goes with the SAVE20 code. I had to enter my vet's information at least 5 times. Also entered my cat’s profile at least 5 times.
Perhaps the discount doesn't apply to prescription food. No signs that it doesn’t. And without the discount I’ll buy it from places that charge less money.

I go to #PetSmart for #dog food and other dog-related products, but I would NEVER use their secondary in-house services, like #Banfield #veterinarian, or their grooming and boarding services. They have a long history of hiring incompetent and inexperienced workers, and have literally killed a shit load of pets in their care. And they ALWAYS deny it, and act like it's a big joke. Reputable providers cost a little more, but the peace of mind is well worth it.

In new email notifications sent to PetSmart customers, the company warns that customers are being targeted by credential stuffing attacks used to gain access to their accounts.
PetSmart reset #passwords for any accounts logged in during the credential stuffing attacks to be safe as they could not determine if the logged in user was the account owner or the hackers.
