Ich habe ja schon viele unerträgliche Management-Literatur gelesen, aber dieser "Klassiker" zu #LernendeOrganisation ist so dermaßen übergriffige, ausbeuterische Scheiße, dass ich den Mist nur noch weiterlese, um qualifiziert drüber schimpfen zu können. Arggg!
Und alle, wirklich alle Vorbilder sind in dieser Art von Büchern immer aus Öl-, Auto-, Militärindustrie .... -
