"Sunshine of Your Love" is a 1967 song by the British rock band #Cream. With elements of #hardRock and #psychedelia, it is one of Cream's best known and most popular songs. Cream bassist/vocalist #JackBruce based it on a distinctive bass #riff he developed "almost in a fit of desperation" after working unsuccessfully all night on creating a song with his writing partner, lyricist #PeteBrown who muttered "It's getting near dawn and lights close their tired eyes".
