Seems like Rubio is #PervertingTheCourseOfJustice [1] under Article 70 of the #RomeStatute [2].

More specifically, 70.1.(e) "Retaliating against an official of the Court on account of duties performed by that or another official;"

Could Rubio, as an official of a non-party-state to the Rome Statute, be under the ICC's jurisdiction for Article 70.1.(e)?
