As much as #bigtech likes to claim InNoVaTiOn, the reality is that they just slapped a shiny new logo on something that already exists.
The #META #RayBan #PervertGlasses for instance, spy glasses have long been available for the sole purpose of filming people without their consent or knowledge.
No matter how they market it, they are knowingly developing tech that's primarily used for nefarious reasons and profiting off making delinquency more accessible.

There was a short film I saw that predicted the use of #PervertGlasses. It's about a guy seducing a girl on date, and he makes all the right decisions because he's hooked his glasses into her social media (mainly Facebook). We see it from his point-of-view, and how the glasses provide him with all the info. It's very creepy.
It was made about 15 years ago, and was pulled a few weeks after I saw it. People found it too creepy...
And yet, here we are.
