  3. Haha oh hecc I definitely set a steps all time PR today. Logged 31k steps (~11.65 mi/18.75km) for work. That beats my previous record of 26k steps by like...a lot.

  7. Today's #Workout

    Warm up: 3 rounds
    - 5/5 banded pull / external rotation / push
    - 6 burpees
    - 8 cal ski or row

    Strength: find your 1rm Shoulder Press
    - 5x 3s up / 3s down
    - 10x 15 kg (empty bar)
    - 5x 17kg
    - 3x 18kg
    - 3x 20 kg
    - 2x 25 kg (previous PR)
    - 1x 26 kg
    - 1x 27 kg
    - 1x 28kg (and that's why I love my coach pushing my buttons)

    Workout: For time: 21-15-9
    - Burpee pull-up (low bar for me since no jumping still)
    - Dumbbell snatches (10kg)
    Finished in 8:08

    I really love going to this coach's classes because he knows when & how to give me a little push to do my best, which today meant a 3kg increase on my shoulder press 😀

    Warm up: 3 rounds
    - 6/8 cal row
    - 10 jumping jacks (-> lunges)
    - 6/6 slow single leg box step ups (did on plates)

    Mobility:
    - 90-90 with lifting back foot
    - thread the needle
    - frog

    Weightlifting: Power clean time
    - 7'EMOM: 3-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps increasing weight to find heavy of the day (20-23-25-28-30-33-34kg with PR)
    - 3' rest
    - 6'EMOM: 5x power clean touch & go @ 50% of today's heavy (18kg)

    Workout 6-1: 5 rft
    - 10 box step ups
    - 50double unders / 70 single unders (-> 10 call assault bike)
    - 10 power cleans at that 50% weight

    Finished in 11:01. Tiring. But done.

  9. It‘s done. 8,501 kilometers of running in one calendar year. When I reached last year’s 7,263 kilometers I was of the opinion I couldn’t go further. And yet I did it. In a sense I blew myself away… 🤪 #Running #applewatchultra2 #goals #personalrecord

    Warm up: 8' AMRAP
    - 5/5 single arm ring row
    - 10 (knee) push ups
    - 10 good mornings
    - 150 m run

    Mobility
    - 5/5 lizard to open
    - squat
    - 5/5 squat twist open
    - 5/5 supine T arms foot to opposite hand
    - 5/5 prone T arms foot to opposite hand

    Strength: build up to 80% of 1RM deadlift, then
    - 4x @ 80% (50 kg)
    - 4x @ 83% (52 kg)
    - 3x @ 85% (53 kg)
    - 3x @ 87%+ (55kg)
    - 2x @ 90%+ (said fck it and went for 63 kg (so 1RM+1kg)
    2' rest between sets

    And then 3 rounds for time:
    - 7m front rack walking lunges (or 14x front rack lunges) - 20kg
    - 12 burpees over the bar
    - 7m front rack walking lunges - 20 kg
    - 15 2 dumb bell floor press (7,5kg each)
    - 3 (zombie) rope climbs
    - 2 min rest
    Time cap: 6' per round (before rest), done in 17' including 2x rest

  11. Today's #Workout

    20 mins to build to a heavy DL and do a e3mom 4x2 deadlift: new personal record at 60kg

    Then: Joker!
    1-2-3-...-10 toes to bar (knee rises, tx)
    10-9-8-....-1 deadlift (at a weight you can do 20 touch and go - 35kg)

    Finished in 7:45, my hands really dislike hanging from the rig :(

  12. Today's #Workout was fuelled by work rage & frustration = beating personal records

    Back squat: 20 mins incl warm up for heavy back squat
    - 10x @ 35 kg
    - 8x @ 40 kg
    - 6x @ 45 kg
    - 4x @ 50 kg (which I did twice because a #PR needs to be recorded, right?)

    Then: 4x e3mom:
    { 10 m shuttle run;
    1 wall walk (ish)
    10 m shuttle run
    6/8 cal assault bike}

    Each round took me about 45 sec.
