Hurt myself 2 weeks ago to the day stupidly falling down the stairs.
And I finally feel well enough to start rowing again . . . still have some bruising on my right pec but but all of the scabs on my chest/legs have fallen off & the pain in my left rib area his gone.
Just in case you youngsters don't know this yet, you don't heal as well or as quickly at 75 as you did at 45. 🤷♂️
But this OG is still kicking & he hopes to be around for at least 2 more Olympic cycles. 😉
