22 Veevers Drive, #HamiltonON, Canada"Our EcoHouse sits on 2 acres, featuring Hamilton’s first #CommunityGarden , a mini-forest, #RainGardens, #SolarPanels, #PermeablePavers, and more. These grounds require ongoing maintenance to continue serving as an ecological demonstration space for the community.
In this session, we will learn about any of the following:#PlantIdentification, #biodiversity in the local community, plant science, local green infrastructure initiatives, and more! Gardening tasks can include #invasiveSpecies removal, #mulching planting, #watering, seed sorting, aerating the soil, and other maintenance.
No experience required! All tools provided, but you may bring your own.
