It's been a couple of weeks of experimenting with CBD oil, and today I upped the dose.

This evening I have sat here without the pressure feeling in my chest or a clenched jaw; all evening. It's been nice! Gods bless the plants! 3/3

After the dentist pointed out my teeth grinding the other day I took stock of myself and realised that my #anxiety has cranked up.

I'm a naturally anxious person, but recently it's felt like my anxiety was always "on". Maybe this is a fun new #perimenopausal thing my body's decided to do. Who knows. What it does mean is the pressure feeling in my chest, my clenched jaw, feeling in fight or flight mode, was All The Damn Time! 1/3

Also sorely tempted to be part of the @hatvillage but unsure of room for all the epic hats this makes me consider bringing.

So, being #AuDHD and going to eye casualty today, they really need to ask better questions. Are you allergic to anything? How long have you got, I’m also #Perimenopausal so there’s something new each week, that I react to 😂 They were sat across the room from me and I was also struggling with processing what they were saying, was too overwhelmed to let them know.

We still have a long way to go to establish health equality and fair treatment for #perimenopausal and #menopausal people. But this is a step in the right direction... ♥️
