If there ever comes a time when I don't get a bit choked up by that final shot, with Seungmin and Hyunjin combining their hands to form wings on Bang Chan's back, it's probably because I'm cold and dead.

I love the choreo for #DoubleKnot by #StrayKids, as well as the song itself.

it's a shame that the song got overlooked a bit, being released just before Woojin left. there was clearly some not-great stuff happening behind the scenes, with some of the tensions showing in the original 9-member performances and stages.

when they later released an 8-member English version with a new performance video, it felt satisfying.

I still prefer the Korean lyrics (the English doesn't feel natural in the same way that some of their later translated-to-English versions do). but this 8-member choreo feels stronger and more unified. like they were free to be fiercely angry together, and were no longer directing that anger inwards at each other.
