This recording of Gluck's trio sonatas features a real church organ for continuo I believe instead of one of those anachronistic little box organs on wheels. The organ registration in some tracks is quite colorful; at times I think maybe the pedals are used? Some treatises mentioned the practice of pedals in organ continuo so it's not unprecedented, but it's unusual for today.
