Finally making a new #introduction post for 2026 (13 PPXY) :snorlax: Probably will not provide much new information for the oldies, but I like updating it...

I'm Samifer, but you can call me Sam, or any other abbreviation that pleases you! French transmasc thing in his early thirties (for a couple of years still) working as a freelance artist in Austria where I currently live alongside my two partners and two cats. One of my partners is actually also on here but not very active, it's @jonphaedrus! I speak French natively, English fluently, Japanese at a beginner level (very out of practice) and just finished A1.2 for German! I can also stumble my way through understanding romance languages; I learned Spanish in school but never kept up with it so have lost most of it at this point.

My main fandom is #Pokemon :pokeball: I am a gameverse appreciator first and foremost, with a specialty in Kalos-related games (so Pokémon X&Y and, more recently, Pokémon Legends: Z-A) and an even more specialized specialty in Lysandre and/or L, and shipping him with Professor Sycamore (aka #perfectworldshipping) and/or Corbeau (aka #atrociousshipping) but I'm always willing to talk about any and all things Pokémon! I love videogames as a medium and as a result most of my fandoms are videogames. I like weird/experimental games and I like walking simulators. I'm also very fond of horror games. I also like glitches, easter eggs, and creepypasta.

I share art and sometimes fic, 99% of the time fan-created (and when it's not, it's usually porn lol.) I also participate in fandom events and organize them from time to time. Since last summer I've also gotten into making websites!

At the end of the day, this is mostly a personal account where I ramble a lot, often in private posts. I try to keep my complaining to a minimum but sometimes it does spill out; if you're worried about having to deal with constant negativity, though, you can be sure you won't find that here. As well, I am very openly kinky and kink-positive, and do not mince words when it comes to that, so this account is very firmly :over18: I always include warnings for both art and discussion. Just don't be surprised if you open a warning and you get exactly what was written on the tin. I'm also not interested in getting involved in discourse or pointless debates, so while I might share so-called "hot takes" you can count on me not to rehash the same online talking points over and over. I might boost opinion pieces from time to time.

New ⁠#introduction post for 2025! It will be about the same as usual, but I'll try to make it worth your while...

I'm Samifer, but you can call me Sam! I'm a French transmasc artist in his early thirties, currently trying to make a living in Austria alongside my two partners and our cats. I speak French natively, English fluently, and Japanese at a beginner level (I'm out of practice...) I can read most romance languages, although I've forgotten 95% of the Spanish I learned in school, unfortunately. I'll also be learning German in the future as best as I can.

My main area of interest is #Pokemon :pokeball: most specifically Pokémon X&Y (and Kalos in general.) I do love all things Pokémon, but I'd be lying if I said I don't spend 99% of my energy on my blorbos, lol. My favorite character is Lysandre and Sycamore/Lysandre (aka #perfectworldshipping) is my OTP and has been almost since day one, back when we were all gayposting about them on Tumblr. Other fandoms I've been most active in over the years have been Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Mob Psycho 100 and Yume Nikki/.flow. I love videogames a lot and most of my fandoms are videogames, and I'm also interested in weird/experimental videogames in general (a love that was definitely given to me by Yume Nikki and creepypasta nearly fifteen years ago at this point..!) I'm also very interested in international fandom culture and history! As a French guy who has experience™️ with the French web, it's always fun to learn about what fandom is like beyond the anglophone chokehold.

I draw and write, largely fanfic, although I've dabbled in original fiction (mostly smut in the last few years, lol.) I'm also a frequent event participant, mostly exchanges, and occasional event mod (fan weeks and promptfests have been my speed, but I'm trying to branch out!) I post most of my art here (and on other platforms) and occasionally link to my fic, though I don't always remember. To be clear, though, this is mostly a rambling/personal space, where I share reminders of things I want to do, random thoughts about my blorbos, complaints about fandom and real life, excitement regarding exchanges I've joined, etc. As well, I am very openly kinky and kink-positive, and do not mince words when it comes to that, so this account is very firmly :over18:. I'll always include warnings for both art and discussion, however.

I'm also not interested in getting involved in discourse or pointless debates. I'll sometimes privately express my thoughts on some drama happening, or share a funny tidbit I stumbled upon, but I'll never get into fights or do anything that might contribute to harassment or overall negativity. @scumsuck it's kinda cheesy but i think my favorite thing about prfr / #perfectworldshipping is the way augustine sycamore won't give up on lysandre. i always believed this in my heart of hearts but seeing it confirmed in pokémon masters was like getting hit over the head really hard with a hammer and the hammer has the word "GAY PEOPLE" engraved in it. it fits into the pessimism/optimism (despair/hope, death/life, destruction/creation, etc) theme they got going on and it was one of the things that was rly meaningful to me when i first played the game, seeing augustine thanking the player for "saving" lysandre via stopping his evil plans. i guess i like thinking about people being given a second chance and actually doing something with it (or not!!! i'm not going to turn my nose at a good tragedy either!!!)

i wanted to share a different art than the ones i usually repost everywhere this time and i stumbled upon this piece again recently. i like the vibes :blobInnocent:

It's a matter of taste. No price was too high for negotiations with Sycamore. He was onto him, but Lysandre knew from experience he could convince anyone to believe in a perfect world when shown the finer side of life. The menu was pre-fixe, and he reserved the cafe just for the two of them to savor a full-course meal without distractions. Of course, Lysandre was dressed to the nines in the finest Kalos couture.

Sycamore strode in, still wearing his lab coat, and sat opposite of Lysandre. He blushed at his lateness, feeling like a Magikarp out of water.
