This includes virtually every initiative related to a global #HIV / #AIDS response program administered by the #State Dept known as the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, or #PEPFAR.

The directive is part of a broader freeze on #ForeignAid initiated last week. It includes the President’s Emergency Plan for #AIDS Relief, the global #health program started by George W. Bush that is credited w/saving >25M lives worldwide.
