TOO MUCH INFORMATION 💎
This morning I pooped myself.
Twice.
Because I had a major #stroke years ago, I don't always get much warning.
My #mind saw two accidents and immediately launched a full #emergency response.
"Right... that's it."
"Time for that special waterproof underwear I keep in the linen chest."
"You've had a good run."
"Let's start looking at nursing homes."
It all sounded surprisingly logical.
I kept inspecting the #facts.
What had changed?
Then I remembered...
Yesterday I'd taken one magnesium tablet for leg cramps.
Magnesium.
Case closed.
In less than a minute I'd gone from #shopping for continence #products...
...to laughing at myself in the #bathroom.
The #imagination is a wonderful servant.
It's just a terrible #diagnostician. 😄

IT’S ALL EVOLUTION:
NOTHING UNNATURAL HAPPENED 💎We talk as though #nature created human beings, then human beings stepped outside nature and invented #technology.
But where exactly does nature end?
The #brain is natural.
The thoughts arising in the brain are #natural.
The #silicon and metals came from the #Earth.
The tools created by that brain are natural as well.
Technology is as natural as the #brain in which it was developed.
We have not taken control of #evolution.
Evolution is operating the tools through us.
The stone axe, the #telescope, the wheelchair, #AI and the #robot avatar on the #Moon are all part of the same continuous evolutionary movement.
That does not mean every invention is wise. Nature produces plenty of disastrous experiments.
It simply means technology is not the opposite of nature.
Nor do we need to put AI technology into every healthy brain. Better to use external devices that extend our senses, intelligence and presence while remaining removable and chosen.
We are not stopping evolution.
We are simply becoming able to design more of our own lives in the short term, while evolution continues.
We never stepped outside nature.
Nature grew a #hand.
Then that hand picked up a #tool.

PEOPLE OF EARTH 💎
We keep asking how to get people to the Moon.
I think we're asking the wrong question.
The #question is how to bring the Moon to #everyone.
Not as a #movie.
Not as a #simulation.
As a place where billions of us can genuinely be, through robot avatars that become our eyes, ears, hands and feet.
Why spend fortunes making a few humans #survive there, when we could spend them helping #humanity itself arrive?

Clip is from a show called 'People of Earth'. Only lasted 2 seasons but was funny.

@futurebird Nation states are a fabrication, Earth people are not while here. Ultras weaponise immigration, sex, health and law to distract from their diabolical programme of profiteering from the finance of authoritarian death cults. Without their programme of ecocide, they have no power. Keep letting them destroy sustainable ecosystems and biosphere collapse is inevitable! #PeopleOfEarth #UltrasAreTheRealAliens
