It closed a gap in the building that had existed for over 60 years and was considered difficult to build on due to its shape. DE: Das in 19 Monaten Bauzeit im Juni 2014 fertiggestellte "Trias-Hochhaus" in Leipzig geht auf einen mit dem 1.Platz prämierten Entwurf des Leipziger Architekturbüro Schulz & Schulz zurück. Es schloss eine über 60 Jahre bestehende Baulücke, die wegen Ihrer Form als schwer zu bebauen galt. Früher befand sich hier die im #ZweitenWeltkrieg komplett zerstörte #MercedesBenz - Niederlassung.
