Just before you climb Jacob's Ladder, make sure you look to your left and up, up, up. These are just a section of the craggy peaks of Ben Lomond, Tasmania. We thought we'd do a quick drive up the mountain to have a poke around. Ill-prepared, we got out of the car and were instantly soaked by the low-hanging clouds. I went down to South East Cape Bay with a mate to watch the 4 metre swell roll in. The waves created were almighty in stature and sound. Watching them crash on Lion Rock was awesome!
The real treat came as the sun set behind the waves, with the sea spray creating these incredible shapes, like magnetic fields.
I have tonnes of these images, which will release over the coming weeks.
