An IHOP in the Bronx has been serving #ICE and #NYC resisters got word. They posted the number to call to protest to the franchise manager.
Some businesses, like hotels, are not knowingly hosting ICE. (ICE books under false pretenses because most hotels hate them.) #Penske did not consent to what ICE did with their trucks and told DHS to stop.
If a business knowingly and willingly cooperates though... no business as usual!

It's just like when Patriot Front fascists rode like idiots in a #Penske cargo trailer in Springfield MO.
Penske did not consent to have #ICE goons using their truck like that.
That means if you see ICE in rental trucks in the future, don't boycott the company-- get the truck's DOT number and notify them! Then if they refuse to act, we boycott.
But it's just like the hotels ICE stays in: they book under false pretenses. Almost nobody wants to do business with them.

So now when we've heard statements from everybody on the #Indycar #P2Pcheat I think it's beginning to clear up.
#Penske screwed up. When two of their drivers happened to press the P2P button and noticed it worked when it shouldn't, one of them decided "wth - if it works it works" and kept using it.
So, as for St Pete, Newgarden was actively cheating. McLaughlin wasn't intending to. Power simply never pressed the button and didn't choose either way.
When we get to Long Beach things are different though. We can either believe Newgarden and McLaughlin never mentioned it to the team - or the team decided to see if they could get away with it.
They should be lucky it was discovered through technical mishaps at the control center - because if they had I don't think the punishment would've stopped with "just" race results being voided.
(This explains the comments from Power and McLaughlin better than any other version I can come up with)
