Entry 7 in #52ArtWeeks Leiden is very pretty and the lanterns pretty iconic.

I‘ve had only 10 Minutes, so the drawing was like four and the paint six. Seen a play yesterday there.

Carnasserie Castle - this time I thought I was exaggerating the perspective - but perhaps more would have been better.

Beautiful view, but annoying flys, so I coloured really quick.

Kyle of Durness - Fantastic Beach on the Northern Coast of Scotland. Worked with white Acrylic Marker for the first time, but its kind of shiny / reflective, I don‘t like that.

A new concertina book of Vicar Lane. A few weeks work on and off. Two very cold trips into Leeds to start the pen sketch, and lots of work at home finishing it off. From 4 different viewpoints all on a single horizon I drew across the pages.

Started this early this week when it was a bit warmer. The lovely arcade on Parliament Street, Harrogate. Finished later and added colour at home. It is a lovely bit of Victorian gothic that I have never really looked at before.
