Dopo aver dolorosamente finito le proteine di pisello unflavoured trovando 1000 escamotage per farle funzionare, è stato il turno delle proteine di pisello al cioccolato.

Sulla carta migliori, nella pratica uguali con una leggera punta di cioccolato che non le rendeva usabili nello shake fruttato che avevo inventato o nelle zuppe di legumi.

Soluzione: yogurt bianco senza zuccheri + granella di pistacchio, o granella di mandorle, a seconda di come mi sento.

Paradossalmente lo yogurt #vegan al cocco è ancora meglio per via dell'acidità, inoltre ha meno calorie quindi il rapporto proteine / calorie è anche meglio.

Sconsigliato quello di soia perché è legumi + legumi e non si abbatte abbastanza il sapore delle proteine di pisello al cioccolato.

Just tried Trader Joe's #Buffalo Style #Chickenless #Wings, and gotta say they are pretty tasty!

Looks to be soy-based with a pea protein and rice flour breading, along with a bunch more ingredients for flavoring. And combined with the included hot sauce, they had a nice flavor and a bit of heat (relatively mild spiciness overall).
