I don't get how this is a surprise. Shoppers Drug Mart has always been expensive. Somebody has to pay for all those #PCOptimum points & those 20x point events at the end of the day...
Hell, #Rexall isn't much cheaper either. As always, you really gotta shop around, convenience has a cost & SDM is a convenience store that so happens to operate a #pharmacy...

#Loblaws stole $10.50 from me today (not counting regular theft by profit) that I had to call them on to get back. #pcOptimum member pricing and points offers regularly don't go through and have two separate processes to be reimbursed.
Last week it was $3.
And they have the nerve to bitch about increase in #shoplifting. They steal from every customer everyday.
