I dislike the game launchers of the latest years. At least a decade ago, launchers were just splash screens for utility that used the system libraries for draw a window.
Today they have to pick Electron just for draw a couple of window, that makes loading the launcher itself awful heavy.
I had this even under Linux.
Alternative mod launchers and similar has got popular for good reasons.What's next, I need to run a LLMs on my GPU just for draw a launch game button?

Like others in its genre, individual party members in #PitPeople can level up, I don't like this because I find that it stifles experimentation, after all it's ill-advised to switch up the veteran troops with the newbies for the sake of leveling them up, as such, I believe a system where it's party that levels up would be the better option, at least here they gain experience not just by killing the foes but also by damaging them

Nice! I just found working sets of "Applesauce A2R" and "HxC HFE" disk images of "Space Quest II" on the Internet Archive! As with many games from the 80s, these SQ2 disks are copy-protected! Their addition makes my collection even more EPIC! 😎

Ich habe mich spontan dazu entschieden, mit dem Adventure #SallyFace anzufangen. Es hat einen interessanten Grafik-Stil und die Story verspricht düster zu sein. Sal, der Protagonist des Abenteuers, verbreitet leichte Alaska Saedelaere vibes.
Es sieht so aus, als ob Sal gerade mit Larry seinen Dr. Watson gefunden hat.
