Ahead of its US premiere on March 21, PBS Masterpiece has renewed "The Forsytes" for a third season. Season 1 has already aired in the UK, and Season 2 was filmed last year. Season 3 begins production next month.

PBS Masterpiece has announced the upcoming six-episode 7th season of "Miss Scarlet", now in production in Serbia, will be its last. Kate Phillips and Tom Durant Pritchard are both returning for the series swan song.

A four-episode second season of "Miss Austen" is being developed for Masterpiece PBS, to be based on Gill Hornby’s latest novel, The Elopement. Casting and further details will be announced at a later date.

OK, I totally got #PBSPassport account for the video service. But Now I'm thinking about giving #PBS more 🤑, & I'll be proud to do so! But they don't even show me when my Passport account expires. I'm working on a budget here, I need this info.

I would like to be able to give more to our local #PBS stations, we do $5 a month. I'd also love to be able to give to our NPR station.

#PBSPassport is awesome, though I don't actually use it much.

Also PBS pledge drive time. Along with the usual stuff, they're promoting PBS Passport a lot as a donation benefit.

PBS Passport = PBS' own streaming service, basically unlocking a back catalog of their old shows plus some unique Passport-only ones, usually for a $5/month donation.

Less than thrilled.

#BigPublicTelevision had one of their minions post that one could watch #KenBurns film about #US and the #Holocaust if one had #PBSPassport

After fighting with my #CreditUnion to allow the charge and waiting 72 hours to get my login, I find out that no, I could purchase it on DVD or Blu-ray, neither of which I own.

Off to cancel my subscription - I'm not a watcher.

And while there are loose ends at the end of this season, a 6 episode arc did its job. Other shows I’m like, nope we need about 6 more in the season.
