In this #PBSNature #video, Pete Walsh shares footage of a #platypus preparing her den in the #HobartRivulet. TIL: A platypus can carry stuff with their tail. 🦫🍃🌳 Not long after, he records something incredible and adorable: rare footage of a baby platypus.
His experiences with these iconic animals moved him to create HobartRivuletPlatypus.org, an organization to help rally his community around platypus #conservation. ♻️💧👏
