This is one of the reasons I won’t install parking apps. Tried using a car park which recently changed hands, new signage had no phone numbers to #PayByPhone, only apps. Too cheap to install an actual payment machine (coins or card). I took my business elsewhere.

@dazfuller Unfortunately the option to pay the old fashioned way, with #Cash, is going away in some #ParksCanada parking lots and no doubt elsewhere. Their new automated parking machines operated by parking lot giant #Indigo don't have that option, just #PayByPhone (#QRCode) or #creditcard https://ottawacitizen.com/news/local-news/no-credit-card-no-smartphone-no-parking-parks-canada-ditches-cash-option-at-rideau-canal-lots

Keep an eye on your #UK card payments for outgoings to jump2strength[.]com
Someone is apparently running stolen card details through that company and attempted to make #fraudulent transactions (£1+ and £59.99) using this companies name.
It may come from an app used to pay for car park payments #PaybyPhone which is coincidentally full of dubious advertising 🫤🤦♂️
