At last #PaulRouleau releases report on use of the #EmergenciesAct. The government met the threshold. #Trudeau is not a dictator. He just should not have called them 'fringe' as this made them mad. Now the Canadian Civil Liberties Association is holding out for their own court case as their last hope for a decision in sync with their right wing bias.
