  1. @ChrisCorrigan Sure, not everyone will agree about the Harper years, and, for that matter, this is an attempt to list only the positive side of the balance sheet. But there were important changes that I think benefitted Canada.

    Regarding the deficit, we do have to give most of the credit to #JeanChrétien and #PaulMartin, but it's a useful reminder that opposition parties can have major influence on policy.
