That reminds me I need to go visit the Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern before the end of the current Klee exhibition: It shows the back of some of his work, that are also painted and show his creative process apparently!

I like the loose structure, the faded color, and all the strange random texture over it all. Maybe like hang gliding over the idea of land in a fuzz storm. haha. but I guess for me there's a feeling in all of PK's work, like a loose but interesting intelligence. Everything is weird but it doesn't hurt. ❤️

#PaulKlee, übrigens ein Mann und Visionär, der auch nach heutigen Maßstäben ein gutet Mann ist, bei dem mensch nicht Werk und Künstler "trennen" muss. Der seine Karriere zurückstellte, um seinen chronisch kranken Sohn zu pflegen und ihn liebevoll unterhielt, der eine gute und machtmissbrauchslose Ehe lebte. 11/10

really simple idea but for me it transmits something eerie. and calm. The diagonal lines that intersect don't all intersect along the horizontal lines in the way that you'd think they would, so it has some broken up bits that add to central complexity like a stutter or stagger which is interesting to me. I like the colors and the way they're used
