"I cannot best AFR reader Graeme Troy’s rejoinder to Keating on the paper’s letters page: “Any person who has in excess of $3 million in superannuation is not doing it tough. The sole objective of superannuation for such individuals is tax avoidance.” Wrote Benjamin Clark in Crikey News yesterday.

I not only agree with Greame Troy's statement, I can also confirm the truth of it based on how 'tough' some of my better-off acquaintences are.

The article is about how out of touch the self-labelled Labor financial Guru (Mr Keating) really is. I've said it before and I'll say it again, he should go back to bed and let the young'ns sort it out.
