Comme vous le savez (ou pas 😅 ), Etsy est un gouffre financier pour les créateurs tellement les frais sont élevés ! Jusqu'à présent, je gardais malgré tout ma boutique ouverte car beaucoup de personnes ont le réflexe de passer par cette plateforme.
Récemment, il y a eu une nouvelle augmentation et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ils imposent maintenant une vérification d'identité biométrique, accompagnée de nouveaux frais bien sûr. A conspiracy theorist (Harlon Szhugivelli) approaches the PCs. He is convinced there is a secret Hiver cabal on the planet, steering the politics of the world for their “tentacly masters from the dark depths of space” (his words). He wants the PCs to uncover evidence so he can send it in to the local newspaper. The man is clearly nuts, but his credits (20kcr) are as good as anyone’s.1. There is no Hiver on the world anywhere, but the inquiries of the players catch the attention of a local criminal organization.

Hey la team #Droit et surtout #DroitDuTravail, vous avez des conseils pour une collègue de @TheNightMare qui va se faire jeter de son entreprise ?
Le patron l'a convoquée hier soir pour lui annoncer qu'il l'a virait et qu'elle avait une nuit pour se décider entre signer une rupture conventionnelle ou un licenciement pour insuffisance professionnelle. Il a présenté la chose comme une faveur puisque d'autres personnes lui auraient conseillé de faire un licenciement pour faute. Le patron aurait "monté un dossier" contre sa salariée.
On a vu que les conditions de l'entretien préalable n'étaient absolument pas respectées (pas de convocation, pas de délais, pas d'information sur le motif de l'entretien, pas de possibilité d'assistance) mais s'il y a d'autres choses à savoir, on est preneur (et puis ça peut servir à d'autres).
Quelques infos : le patron est membre d'un syndicat patronal, secteur agriculture (je ne sais plus s'il est encore à la tête du bousin au niveau départemental). Il a refusé de reprendre une personne après un départ et la collègue s'est retrouvée de fait avec double charge de travail, sans augmentation de salaire et sans modification de contrat. Elle avait prévenu le patron qui n'a rien fait.
J'ai conseillé à la collègue de contacter une UD de la CGT ou d'un autre syndicat et de demander les précisions sur le motif de licenciement (qui apparemment ouvre une fenêtre d'un an pour contester le licenciement).
