I posted recruitment for my in-person #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav game on #Facebook, #Nextdoor, and here last Sunday.
I got zero takers on FB and Masto, but I got two interested players on Nextdoor.
We try to play every two weeks but we're going back-to-back with last week. One of the new players is joining today. The other plans to join on the 25th, as she wants to be ready to essentially drop in the game, character ready to play.

The player who can't make it to today's #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav session is dropping out. They have a lot going on right now. I just spent the last few hours chatting with the player on FB Messenger. They're interested in playing in the future if their situation changes, but for now their PC is being sidelined in an off-screen plot. They said they'd needed to drop for awhile, but been sticking around while I hunt for more players.

OK, looks like I am having #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav session today (04 July), as scheduled. One of my three players can't make it, but one of the others really wants to play, and the host is available, so we're going to play.
Every remaining Saturday this month, at least one player cannot make it, except next Saturday (11 July), so it looks like we're playing next Saturday too. Hopefully nobody drops out of next Saturday.

I'm working on a new fire #skeleton NPC. The party is tasked with destroying fire skeleton champions that are lieutenants for a lord of fire skeletons.So far they've destroyed four, three of whom were archers (2 warriors, 1 fighter) and one was a necromancer.
The new one is a fire skeleton with the slayer class and a stealth focus. (These fire skelly champions can suppress their fire auras so he can sneak.)

I just got home from my #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav game. Our scheduled session is 8 PM to 12 AM but we ran to about 2:30 AM because the party wanted to finish the multi-session Battle for Sen's Pass.
It concluded in Round 6. We played rounds 3 through 6 (four rounds) this session.
The allied coalition destroyed all the fire #skeletons and ash #wights, including the two skelly champions that tried to flee near the end of the battle.

Since Ginny Di and Pointy Hat declared it Fey Week for DungeonTubers on YouTube, I've been thinking about #Fey a lot this week.
I wrote an ability I want to give all creatures of the Fey type in my #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav campaign. It's an at-will #illusion (phantasm) that gives fey +20 Stealth to hide in plain sight as inanimate objects. They can't move or attack but can still talk, Will Save to disbelieve and it is automatically disbelieved by anyone within 15 feet.

The #P1e #Ustalav 28 March session was rescheduled this evening, 04 April.
Combat progressed through round 2.
The skelly necro hit the cleric with boneshaker. The rogue hit the skelly necro with a lightning bolt scroll. The bloodrager smashed a mythic fire #skeleton to bits.
A #dhampir NPC released three #vampires (spawn) from a canister into the fight.
The ash #wight crit-fumbled and dealt 8 damage to itself.

My #P1e #Ustalav game ran on 07 and 14 March.
(Next is 28 March.)Last session the party started battle with the #undead at sunset. They accepted aid from a #dhampir sent by the #vampires.
We didn't finish round one. At session close, the #skeleton necro cast #fireball (7d6, Ref half DC 16) on the party position, and the #dretch #demon riding our bloodrager ended his possession to flee to the #undead side.

My #P1e #Ustalav host player has notified our group that he's unavailable to host on 21 March, so our group is planning instead for back-to-back Saturdays on 07 March and 14 March.
I've been prepping for a big clash between the party and some burning #skeletons and allied ash #wights for a few weeks, a large combat encounter expected to span multiple sessions. It looks like that shindig might start on the 7th.

We started late, the party finished leveling to 5, they talked to the Guard Captain about the pending fire #skeleton confrontation, shopped with the magic merchant, including upgrading equipment and paying to copy spells from his spellbook, and the party cleric bought the holy water the town priest had, as well as pre-paid for more and invited the priest to the fight. -
I'm thinking about my next #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav session.
The party sent missives to four nearby thorps and/or hamlets to recruit people to stand with them against the fire #skeleton champions and their allied #wights. The #skeletons agreed to meet at sundown to collect tribute from the local village.
I'm trying to decide how many NPCs would respond to the request for aid. Also, should the village #vampire faction lend aid?

So #P1e #Ustalav session on 10 January:
Party beat two #ghasts and freed an elven woman trapped in an iron maiden in the #ghoul warren. She was the presumed-dead fiancee of the PC rogue. They left the warren and questioned her. That led to suspicion she was undead passing as alive. (She was.) She tried to flee and was prevented, then destroyed. She did not at any point attack them or lie to them.
Tragic session.

We missed our last two fortnightly #P1e #Ustalav games (20 Dec and 03 Jan) so my group have scheduled back-to-back weekends on 10 and 17 January to get back into the swing of things.
The party are still deep in a #ghoul warren. I'm hoping to introduce two NPCs this coming session (in the warren), both of whom have been name-dropped in the past. One may not make it through the session in one piece, but we'll see how that goes.

In regards to my #P1e #Ustalav campaign, it took me a bit more than month, but I did "fancy-up" my #ghoul warren map today so it's more readable. I basically colored in all the wall areas with black ink so it's easier to differentiate tunnels from the space between tunnels. In hindsight I should have used thinned black paint, as the ink I used was drying very fast, but hindsight is 20/20, and it looks a lot better than it did.

I had a #P1e #Ustalav session scheduled for today (20 December) but it was canceled yesterday evening. These things happen around the holidays so it is what it is.
The campaign is delayed until 03 January now. The party are deep in a ghoul warren. They're facing off with a pair of ghasts. Someone is yelling to be released from a stone sarcophagus in the chamber. They're avoiding a golem in another chamber.

In #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav tonight the party is on their way back to Sen's Pass. They encountered a #redcap #fey on the border of #Versex and #Amaans. The halfling rogue shot the redcap's cap with a called shot, and when it went to retrieve the cap (that had been carried 40 feet on the arrow), the party cleric channeled positive energy to heal the party while the redcap was out of range. The redcap, at under half its health, decided to hunt easier prey.

I'm developing plot hooks for upcoming #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav sessions. The party is level 3, but over-equipped, so I'm trying to work out how much danger I think they can handle.
They're on the road after shopping in #Caliphas. Last session ended as they arrived at #Hyannis in #Versex. I don't expect them there long; the main adventure site of the campaign is Sen's Pass in #Amaans. I estimate ~30 hours of uphill overland travel to their destination.

Damn, trying to run some Pathfinder 1e, and it looks like most of the work on Pathforge, ScForge, Heroforge and other character creators all fell apart in about 2011. What happened in 2011? 5th edition didn't come out until 2014, and PF2e in 2019. Is that just the point all the maintainers burned out? Or did everyone just move to web based programming that has since vanished when the server went offline.
Does anyone have recommended character creators for Pathfinder?

The giant black widows were squeezing (-4 attack, -4 AC) in the narrow warren tunnels and didn't even score a hit on the party as they were mopped up.
Oh well, the ratfolk community will still pay them on the agreed terms.

3 party members retrained hp (gained 1 hp) at a #Caliphas gym.Inquisitor (relic hunter) took the divining tin-type to Oracle's Alley to learn how to control its magic. He learned the "random" images are always connected to the wielder somehow, but it can also be used as a divination focus, with a bonus (undisclosed).
Party approached by a ratfolk alchemist asking aid for her warren in dealing with a giant black widow.

The party just arrived in Caliphas, the capital of Ustalav. They're there to unload a large amount of blood crystal (worth its weight in platinum) they received from a sentient flesh golem.
I don't have any significant plots set-up for Caliphas, but I have a few encounter ideas just in case I need to add a bit of trouble.
I've been trying to learn the city so their visit doesn't feel too shallow.

I don't have any significant plots set-up for Caliphas, but I have a few encounter ideas just in case I need to add a bit of trouble.
I've been trying to learn the city so their visit doesn't feel too shallow.

I don't have any significant plots set-up for Caliphas, but I have a few encounter ideas just in case I need to add a bit of trouble.
I've been trying to learn the city so their visit doesn't feel too shallow.
