#Stratasys uses 10 patents, two of them orginally from #Makerbot (anyone remember?) to sue #Bambulab in two separate US court cases. The Patent Eligibility Restoration Act (PERA), S. 2140 Would overturn supreme court rulings, allowing patents, on very abstract ideas. These in turn are used by patent trolls to sue anyone they can think of. it would also allow patenting of Genes in the human body.
