I recently discovered Adelynn Rose on Instagram. She's a talented draftsman and painter, but what really delights me is her stop-motion animations. She draws an oil pastel picture, takes a photo, alters it slightly on the original paper, takes another photo, and so on. She thus creates a short film all done with oil pastels on a single sheet of paper. Yesterday I had an amazing day at the Oxfordshire Home Ed Summer Camp. We did #LunarSketching of the #PtolemaeusTrio (+ one child drew an astronaut on the Moon!).
