The sad news just reached us, that yesterday on 18th of August, Yukio Ōta passed away.
He created on of the most interesting and usable pasigraphies called LoCoS.
More might know him for designing the famous exit sign running man.Loïc Marleix @MoritzBrouhaha has been in close contact with him thought the last years to build a web interface to use LoCoS Lovers Communication System.

Today at #Symbol24, Loïc Marleix a.k.a. @MoritzBrouhaha will present his online interface for LoCoS by Yukio Ota. Ota is famous for the running man on the EXIT sign and created a #Pasigraphy called Lovers Communication Language.
Loïc is also behind the fanzine UNICODE à gogo. -
