It's not an ordinary #security #clearance he's being asked to get before seeing this report; it's a specific agreement that once he sees the report, he cannot discuss any of its contents, with anyone, ever, under threat of #criminal penalty. It even requires him to #waive #parliamentary #privilege, so he can't even discuss it in parliament.

I hope those in positions of power at all levels within football really hear what she says. Football (and everything else in the world) should be for everyone, not just straight white males.
