Like everything Trump, it's all a show to hide the grift.
Ignore the noise about bringing back American manufacturing or the tariff policy. That's a total lie.
This is 100% a mob shakedown, constantly changing the rules and inflicting pain to force companies (and countries) to come begging with gifts. That's why the deals only happen with Trumps involvement, often in a few hours.

He's right! And most of Trump's "trade deals" aren't even written agreements because they're all vague promises.
All Trump has done is back off his own insanely high tariff rates (on US consumers) in exchange for worthless promises.
Like all conman, he puts on a show and only delivers headlines - and a supplicant press is #sanewashing it all. MSM has zero reporting on the worthless deals and almost zero on the cost to US consumers.
