I have to say, the new #DreamTheater album #Parasomnia feels really rounded in terms of Progressive Metal.

It slaps? A lot, but there are a lot chord progressions that I'm sure make sense on paper, but not too much on execution.

Otherwise the album is solid, probably the best in terms of "concept" since 2013 self title album. Also, greatly mixed and sounding. I'll give it a 8/10.

Pierwsze wrażenia po pierwszym przesłuchaniu nowego albumu na #DreamTheater - #Parasomnia : dobrze się tego słucha.

Sporo mięsistych riffów Johna Petrucci, wirtuozerskie bębny Portnoya i głos LaBrie przetworzony tak, że da się go słuchać (w co zacząłem wątpić po ich ostatnim koncercie…)

Hab letztens Liveauftritt gesehen und LaBries Gesang ging dort gar nicht. Deshalb bisher alles vom neuen Album vermieden. Soll ich trotzdem riskieren oder verderb ich mir die Band?
