VivoCity's Kopitiam foodcourt has a new-ish Lobster King Pao Fan stall.
No photo but I slurped up my prawn paste and fish paste pao fan (S$8.80). Prawn paste, fish paste and clams were not overcooked despite packing it back home to eat. One of the tastier pao fan I've had so far in Singapore. -
