Was habt ihr für einen spannenden Sauerteig- Bäcker im "Brotgesang"!!! Alleine der Anblick vom Brot in der Auslage und dann noch Panettone 🥰. In Ostfriesland gibt es leider nur wenig Sauerteigbrot beim Bäcker und sie sind nicht so mutig bei den Gewürzen.

Panettone - Tag 2

Der Vorteig ist über Nacht im Kühlschrank schön aufgegangen.
Jetzt kommen noch einmal Mehl, etwas Wasser, flüssige Butter, Eier Zucker #Orangeat #Zitronat + eingeweichte #Rosinen dazu.
Der Teig wird nun in die Backformen gefüllt und muss noch einmal ein paar Stunden gehen.
Heute Nachmittag kann der #Panettone dann gebacken werden.

Panettone - Tag 1

Morgen backe ich #Panettone.
Dafür habe ich heute den Vorteig angesetzt - Mehl Hefe Wasser Zucker + Ei. Nach einigen Stunden dann nochmal mehr Mehl Hefe Wasser Zucker Ei + etwas Butter.
Außerdem habe ich Rosinen in Wasser eingeweicht.
Jetzt kommt der Teig in den Kühlschrank, morgen früh geht es weiter.
